What We Offer
Sizes
Pacific Rentals and Storage provides a wide variety of unit sizes to choose from, depending on their availability at any particular time. Please call ahead to see if a unit of a particular size is available. The sizes that we offer are:
- 8’ x 12’ (96 sq. ft.)
- 10’ x 10’ (100 sq. ft.)
- 10’ x 20’ (200 sq. ft.)
- 15’ x 24’ (360 sq. ft.)
- 12’ x 30’ (360 sq. ft.)
- 23’ x 28’ (644 sq. ft.)
- 24’ x 30’ (720 sq. ft.)
- 30’ x 30’ (900 sq. ft.)
- 32’ x 30’ (960 sq. ft.)
Access into the 8×12 and 10×10 units is provided by 3’ wide by 7’ high man-doors. The 10×20 and 15×24 units have 8’ wide by 8’ high rollup doors. The 12×30 and larger units have 10’ wide by 11’ high rollup doors. All the units with rolling doors have a minimum of 12’ high ceiling clearance.
Site Access
The majority of the units are located behind a security gate which is on a timer for the hours of opening and closing and have 7day a week access. There are several units located outside the fencing for those renters who require more flexible hours of access to their units. The public drives and parking areas are paved with asphalt.
Uses
Because of the wide variety of unit sizes that we offer the potential uses are much more than traditional storage needs. Some of the uses that our tenants have utilized for the units are:
- Light commercial workshop or hobby activity
- Classic car storage
- Whole household contents storage
- Offsite document storage solution
Note: All units have power available for those who require it. The 10×20 and larger units have electrical outlets and many are wired for 220v. To obtain the power the tenant must apply to the McMinnville Power office to have their meter activated and the tenant will be responsible for payment of the monthly billing, that will be in their name, for this service.
Note: Though a wide range of light commercial activity is allowed on the premises, some activities may require the tenant to purchase, at their expense, liability insurance and have Pacific Rentals and Storage LLC named as a coinsured on the policy. We require that at the time that a rental application is submitted that you identify the type of activity that will be engaged in so that we can check with our insurance provider to see if this activity will require the additional liability insurance.
Terms
Rent is by a month to month basis and is due on the 1st of each month. The rent is prorated to the end of the beginning month for those tenancies not beginning on the 1st of the month. Rents not paid by the 10th of each month are subject to a late fee charge. A small security deposit is required at the time of renting a unit. A brief rental application is required to be completed at the time of renting.
